Rossi become a star in rally monza

Former MotoGP world champion Valentino Rossi was the star in the Rally of Monza, Italy, after defeating eight-time world champion, Sebastien Loeb, in stage two of the nine stages held. Rossi eventually finished second and Loeb became the first champion.

Monza Rally 2011 is an annual event that was held with nine stages on paved roads. This year, the Monza rally dedicated to the memory of the late Marco Simoncelli who was killed during an accident in Malaysia MotoGP series.
